You must use your own mind to lift yourself up, rather than letting it drag you down. Your mind can be your greatest friend, but it can also be your worst enemy.
If you have mastered your mind, it becomes your most trusted ally. If you fail to control it, your own mind will fight against you like a hostile enemy.
The mind is naturally restless and will inevitably wander off. Whenever it does, simply catch it and gently bring it back under the focus of your true self.
The mind is turbulent, stubborn, and incredibly strong, Krishna. Trying to tame it feels just as impossible as trying to catch and control the wind.
Krishna replied: Arjuna, there is no doubt that the restless mind is incredibly difficult to master. However, it can absolutely be trained through consistent practice and a healthy sense of detachment.
