Meaning
Arjuna, physical sensations like heat and cold bring fleeting moments of happiness and pain. They come and go like the changing seasons, so you must simply learn to endure them.
What it means for us today
Life is full of ups and downs that are temporary and inevitable, just like changing seasons. We should practice emotional resilience by not letting passing joys or sorrows control our state of mind.
