Meaning
The mind is naturally restless and will inevitably wander off. Whenever it does, simply catch it and gently bring it back under the focus of your true self.
What it means for us today
It is completely natural for the mind to wander during meditation. The true practice is not in having a perfect mind, but in patiently bringing it back every time it gets distracted.
