Stress and anxiety
When worry about results takes over, the Gita brings attention back to the work in front of you and to what does not change.

Arjuna, physical sensations like heat and cold bring fleeting moments of happiness and pain. They come and go like the changing seasons, so you must simply learn to endure them.
You have the right to do your work, but you never have a claim to the results of what you do. Do not act just to get a specific reward, but do not let yourself fall into laziness either.
Arjuna, do your work while rooted in yoga, letting go of your attachments. Stay completely balanced whether you succeed or fail, because this very evenness of mind is what yoga truly means.
A sage of steady wisdom is someone whose mind is not shaken by sorrow and who does not eagerly chase after pleasure. They have successfully moved past attachment, fear, and anger.
You must use your own mind to lift yourself up, rather than letting it drag you down. Your mind can be your greatest friend, but it can also be your worst enemy.
Let go of all your conflicting ideas about duty and religion, and simply take refuge in Me alone. I will free you from all your past mistakes and burdens, so do not be afraid.
