Krishna saysश्री भगवान कहते हैं
सर्वभूतानि कौन्तेय प्रकृतिं यान्ति मामिकाम्
कल्पक्षये पुनस्तानि कल्पादौ विसृजाम्यहम्
sarvabhūtāni kaunteya prakṛtiṃ yānti māmikām
kalpakṣaye punastāni kalpādau visṛjāmyaham
Meaningअर्थ
Arjuna, at the end of a cosmic cycle, all beings dissolve back into my material nature. When the next cycle begins, I bring them all forth once again.
अर्जुन, सृष्टि के एक चक्र के खत्म होने पर सभी जीव मेरी प्रकृति में ही वापस मिल जाते हैं। फिर जब नया चक्र शुरू होता है, तो मैं उन्हें दोबारा रचता हूँ।

निर्माण और विनाश परमात्मा द्वारा संचालित एक अंतहीन ब्रह्मांडीय लय का हिस्सा हैं। समय के इस विशाल पैमाने को समझने से हमें अपनी अस्थायी सांसारिक समस्याओं को सही नजरिए से देखने में मदद मिलती है और अंत का डर कम होता है।
