Krishna saysश्री भगवान कहते हैं
अन्तवन्त इमे देहा नित्यस्योक्ताः शरीरिणः
अनाशिनोऽप्रमेयस्य तस्माद्युध्यस्व भारत
antavanta ime dehā nityasyoktāḥ śarīriṇaḥ
anāśino'prameyasya tasmādyudhyasva bhārata
Meaningअर्थ
The physical body will eventually come to an end, but the soul within is eternal, indestructible, and beyond measure. Therefore, Arjuna, stand up and fight.
यह शरीर तो एक दिन खत्म हो जाएगा, लेकिन इसके अंदर रहने वाली आत्मा अमर और कभी न मिटने वाली है। इसलिए अर्जुन, उठो और अपना युद्ध लड़ो।
What it means for us todayआज हमारे लिए इसका अर्थ
Since the body is destined to perish but the soul lives on forever, we should not abandon our righteous duties out of fear of physical death. We must act with courage, knowing our true self is safe.
चूँकि शरीर का नष्ट होना तय है लेकिन आत्मा हमेशा जीवित रहती है, इसलिए हमें शारीरिक मृत्यु के डर से अपने सही कर्तव्यों को नहीं छोड़ना चाहिए। हमें यह जानकर साहस के साथ कार्य करना चाहिए कि हमारा सच्चा स्वरूप सुरक्षित है।
