Krishna saysश्री भगवान कहते हैं
अविनाशि तु तद्विद्धि येन सर्वमिदं ततम्
विनाशमव्ययस्यास्य न कश्चित् कर्तुमर्हति
avināśi tu tadviddhi yena sarvamidaṃ tatam
vināśamavyayasyāsya na kaścit kartumarhati
Meaningअर्थ
You must know that the spirit pervading the entire body is completely indestructible. No one has the power to destroy this eternal soul.
यह जान लो कि जो चेतना हमारे पूरे शरीर में फैली है, उसे कभी मिटाया नहीं जा सकता। इस अमर आत्मा को खत्म करने की ताकत किसी में नहीं है।

The consciousness that spreads throughout our body is the symptom of the eternal soul. Realizing that our core identity cannot be harmed or destroyed removes the deepest fears of life.
हमारे पूरे शरीर में फैली चेतना शाश्वत आत्मा का लक्षण है। यह महसूस करना कि हमारी मूल पहचान को नुकसान या नष्ट नहीं किया जा सकता है, जीवन के सबसे गहरे डर को दूर करता है।
