Krishna saysश्री भगवान कहते हैं
देहिनोऽस्मिन्यथा देहे कौमारं यौवनं जरा
तथा देहान्तरप्राप्तिर्धीरस्तत्र न मुह्यति
dehino'sminyathā dehe kaumāraṃ yauvanaṃ jarā
tathā dehāntaraprāptirdhīrastatra na muhyati
Meaningअर्थ
Just as the soul experiences childhood, youth, and old age within this body, it simply passes into another body at death. A wise person is not confused by this natural change.
जैसे हमारा शरीर बचपन, जवानी और फिर बुढ़ापे से गुजरता है, वैसे ही मौत के बाद आत्मा एक नया शरीर ले लेती है। समझदार इंसान इस कुदरती बदलाव से कभी परेशान नहीं होता।

The body is constantly changing, yet our inner sense of self remains the same. Understanding reincarnation helps us accept death simply as another natural transition, rather than an absolute end.
शरीर लगातार बदल रहा है, फिर भी हमारे स्वयं का आंतरिक भाव वही रहता है। पुनर्जन्म को समझने से हमें मृत्यु को एक पूर्ण अंत के बजाय एक और प्राकृतिक परिवर्तन के रूप में स्वीकार करने में मदद मिलती है।
