Krishna saysश्री भगवान कहते हैं
ओमित्येकाक्षरं ब्रह्म व्याहरन्मामनुस्मरन्
यः प्रयाति त्यजन्देहं स याति परमां गतिम्
omityekākṣaraṃ brahma vyāharanmāmanusmaran
yaḥ prayāti tyajandehaṃ sa yāti paramāṃ gatim
Meaningअर्थ
If someone leaves their body while chanting the sacred syllable Om and keeping their thoughts fixed on me, they will reach the highest possible destination.
जो कोई भी पवित्र शब्द 'ओम' का जाप करते हुए और मुझे याद करते हुए अपना शरीर छोड़ता है, वह सबसे ऊँची और परम गति को पा लेता है।

The sound 'Om' represents the ultimate reality. Chanting it while focusing on God purifies the mind, helping the soul transition peacefully to the highest spiritual realm.
'ओम' ध्वनि परम सत्य का प्रतिनिधित्व करती है। ईश्वर पर ध्यान केंद्रित करते हुए इसका उच्चारण करने से मन शुद्ध होता है, जिससे आत्मा को शांतिपूर्वक सर्वोच्च आध्यात्मिक लोक में जाने में मदद मिलती है।
