Bhagavad Gita 6.33
Arjuna says
yo'yaṃ yogastvayā proktaḥ sāmyena madhusūdana
etasyāhaṃ na paśyāmi cañcalatvāt sthitiṃ sthirām
Meaning
Arjuna said: Krishna, this system of yoga based on perfect balance sounds impractical to me. Because the human mind is so hopelessly restless, I do not see how this state can ever last.
What it means for us today
Arjuna voices a very relatable human struggle: the difficulty of keeping the mind steady. Even when we understand the value of peace, our restless thoughts make it hard to maintain.
