sukhaṃ tvidānīṃ trividhaṃ śrṛṇu me bharatarṣabha

Meaning

Arjuna, now hear about the three different kinds of happiness. True happiness is something you learn to enjoy through steady practice, eventually bringing an end to all your sorrow.

What it means for us today

Krishna introduces the concept that happiness is not the same for everyone. True joy requires practice and discipline, ultimately leading to the end of all suffering.
