Bhagavad Gita 17.11
Krishna saysश्री भगवान कहते हैं
अफलाकाङ्क्षिभिर्यज्ञो विधिदृष्टो य इज्यते
यष्टव्यमेवेति मनः समाधाय स सात्त्विकः
aphalākāṅkṣibhiryajño vidhidṛṣṭo ya ijyate
yaṣṭavyameveti manaḥ samādhāya sa sāttvikaḥ
Meaningअर्थ
A spiritual practice or ritual is in the mode of goodness when it is done simply because it is the right thing to do. The person performs it faithfully according to tradition, without expecting any personal reward.
जो यज्ञ बिना किसी स्वार्थ के, सिर्फ अपना फर्ज़ समझकर किया जाता है, वह सात्त्विक होता है। इसे लोग पूरे मन से और सही नियमों के साथ करते हैं।
What it means for us todayआज हमारे लिए इसका अर्थ
The best actions are done simply because they are the right thing to do. When we work or serve without selfish motives, our actions become pure and spiritually uplifting.
सबसे अच्छे कार्य केवल इसलिए किए जाते हैं क्योंकि वे सही होते हैं। जब हम स्वार्थ के बिना काम या सेवा करते हैं, तो हमारे कार्य शुद्ध और आध्यात्मिक रूप से उत्थान करने वाले बन जाते हैं।
