Meaning

When the soul enters a new body or leaves an old one, it takes the mind and senses along with it. It carries them just like the wind carries a fragrance from a flower.

What it means for us today

Our mental states, desires, and sensory attachments travel with us beyond a single lifetime. This teaches us to cultivate positive thoughts and habits, as they shape our future journey.
