Meaning

You are the gods of wind, death, fire, water, and the moon, as well as the creator and the great-grandfather of all beings. I bow to you a thousand times, over and over again!

What it means for us today

Arjuna sees that all the forces of nature and celestial beings are merely manifestations of the one Supreme Lord. True devotion arises when we recognize that every power in the universe ultimately belongs to God.
