Krishna saysश्री भगवान कहते हैं
भूमिरापोऽनलो वायुः खं मनो बुद्धिरेव च
अहङ्कार इतीयं मे भिन्ना प्रकृतिरष्टधा
bhūmirāpo'nalo vāyuḥ khaṃ mano buddhireva ca
ahaṅkāra itīyaṃ me bhinnā prakṛtiraṣṭadhā

My material energy is divided into eight basic parts. These are earth, water, fire, air, space, the mind, the intellect, and the ego.
पृथ्वी, जल, अग्नि, वायु, आकाश, मन, बुद्धि और अहंकार—इन आठ हिस्सों में मेरी भौतिक प्रकृति बंटी हुई है।
