Meaning
"A wise person shouldn't unsettle the minds of those who are still attached to the rewards of their work. Instead, by joyfully doing their own work well, they should inspire others to act with the same dedication."
What it means for us today
It is counterproductive to force deep spiritual philosophy on someone who is not ready, as it might just make them abandon their work. The best way to teach is by setting a positive example of joyful, selfless action.
