Bhagavad Gita 3.23
Krishna saysश्री भगवान कहते हैं
यदि ह्यहं न वर्तेयं जातु कर्मण्यतन्द्रितः
मम वर्त्मानुवर्तन्ते मनुष्याः पार्थ सर्वशः
yadi hyahaṃ na varteyaṃ jātu karmaṇyatandritaḥ
mama vartmānuvartante manuṣyāḥ pārtha sarvaśaḥ
Meaningअर्थ
"If I ever stopped working carefully and tirelessly, people everywhere would follow my example. They would abandon their own responsibilities."
"अगर मैं कभी सावधानी और बिना थके काम करना बंद कर दूँ, तो हर जगह लोग मेरी ही देखा-देखी करने लगेंगे। वे भी अपनी जिम्मेदारियों से मुंह मोड़ लेंगे।"
What it means for us todayआज हमारे लिए इसका अर्थ
Leaders must be exceptionally careful about their work ethic. If those at the top become lazy or irresponsible, the entire society will adopt the same destructive attitude.
नेताओं को अपनी कार्य नीति के बारे में असाधारण रूप से सावधान रहना चाहिए। यदि शीर्ष पर बैठे लोग आलसी या गैर-जिम्मेदार हो जाते हैं, तो पूरा समाज उसी विनाशकारी रवैये को अपना लेगा।
