Krishna saysश्री भगवान कहते हैं
सर्वद्वारेषु देहेऽस्मिन्प्रकाश उपजायते
ज्ञानं यदा तदा विद्याद्विवृद्धं सत्त्वमित्युत
sarvadvāreṣu dehe'sminprakāśa upajāyate
jñānaṃ yadā tadā vidyādvivṛddhaṃ sattvamityuta
Meaningअर्थ
You can tell that the quality of goodness is dominant when the light of clear understanding shines through all the senses of the body.
जब इंसान की सोच एकदम साफ़ हो जाए और उसकी हर इंद्री से सही समझ झलकने लगे, तब समझ लेना चाहिए कि उसमें सत्त्व गुण बढ़ गया है।

A person in the mode of goodness experiences clarity, awareness, and peace in all their senses. When we feel deeply focused and calm, it is a sign that goodness is prevailing.
सत्त्व गुण वाला व्यक्ति अपनी सभी इंद्रियों में स्पष्टता, जागरूकता और शांति का अनुभव करता है। जब हम गहराई से केंद्रित और शांत महसूस करते हैं, तो यह इस बात का संकेत है कि सत्त्व गुण प्रबल है।
