Meaning
You should understand that both material nature and the conscious spirit have existed without beginning. All the changes and qualities we experience in the world are produced by material nature.
What it means for us today
Both the soul and material energy have always existed as energies of the Supreme. Our physical bodies and mental changes come from material nature, while our true self remains the unchanging soul.
