Meaning
Gaining spiritual knowledge is better than mindless practice, and meditation is even better than theoretical knowledge. But letting go of your attachment to the results of your actions is the highest path, because true peace immediately follows that kind of surrender.
What it means for us today
While studying and meditating are valuable, letting go of personal expectations brings instant relief. True inner peace comes when we stop demanding that life go exactly our way.
